For size exchanges, please contact us via our official Email address .
We will accept free size exchanges only if the following conditions are met.
1) Trial fitting must be done indoors only, and shoes are not worn outdoors.
2) The item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.
3) Trial fitting must be done in a condition that does not directly touch the skin.
Size exchange: Available within 14 days after your order is delivered
[We cannot accept exchanges in the following cases]
* Exchanges due to customer convenience other than size changes
* When the item you wish to exchange is out of stock
* Requests for an exchange after the second order
* Orders using gift wrapping
* Products that state "No exchanges" on the product page
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or refunds for orders, regardless of whether they are regular products or pre-order items.
