Refund policy

 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges for Defective or Faulty Items

If an item is found to be defective or faulty, we will accept returns, refunds, or exchanges within 7days of delivery. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are only accepted if the item is unused and all original packaging and accessories (including the delivery note) are intact and included. Please note that we will not be able to provide compensation beyond a refund or exchange.

We also cannot accept returns or exchanges if any required items or accessories are missing. Returns, refunds, and exchanges due to customer preferences or circumstances cannot be accepted.

Exchanges will only be processed if the requested replacement item is in stock. To request a return, refunds, or exchanges for a defective or faulty item, please contact our Customer Support within 7 days of receiving your order. Please also return the item to the designated address within 10 days of delivery (including the delivery date).

Return shipping costs for defective or faulty items will be covered by our company.

 

Order Cancellations

Please note that we do not accept cancellations or refunds due to customer preferences or circumstances regardless of whether they are regular or pre-order items. Thank you for your understanding.
