For size exchanges, please contact us via our official LINE account .
However, we will accept free size exchanges and returns only if the following conditions are met.
1) Trial fitting must be done indoors only, and shoes are not worn outdoors.
2) The item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.
3) Trial fitting must be done in a condition that does not directly touch the skin.
Size exchange: Available within 14 days after your order is delivered
[We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases]
* Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience other than size changes
* When the item you wish to exchange is out of stock
* Orders from overseas
* Requests for an exchange after the second order
* Orders using gift wrapping
* Products that state "No returns or exchanges" on the product page
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or refunds for orders, regardless of whether they are regular products or pre-order items.
▪Regular sales items:
We will ship your product within 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after your order is confirmed or your payment is confirmed.
▪Pre-order items:
We will ship your product within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after arrival.
Arrival dates vary for each pre-order item. Please refer to each product page.
*Please note that delivery may be delayed due to production reasons.
*If you purchase multiple pre-order items at the same time, the items with the later shipping date will be shipped together. If you are in a hurry, we recommend placing separate orders.
If you want to wear them in a snug fit, we recommend choosing the same size as your regular shoes.
