Please pay the delivery person in cash upon arrival of the product.

Postpay (Paidy)
For customers using Paidy, an invoice will be issued on the 1st of he following month based on the total amount confirmed at the end of each month. A notification will be sent via email or SMS by the 3rd of the month.

Payment methods available through Paidy include convenience store payment (using in-store terminals), bank transfers, and automatic bank debit.

For convenience store payments or back transfers, the payment deadline is the 10th of each month, while automatic back debits are withdrawn on the 12th.
※For the January and May billing cycles, the deadline will be the 20th of each month.

The commission will be charged depending on the payment method.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns:
If an item is found to be defective or faulty, we will accept returns, refunds, or exchanges within 7days of delivery. Returns, refunds, and exchanges due to customer preferences or circumstances cannot be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

Size Exchange:
We offer size free exchanges or returns, if the following conditions are met. Please contact us through the inquiry from with your order number for an exchange.

1) Trial fitting must be done indoors only, and shoes are not worn outdoors.
-Exchanges or returns can not be accepted if the products show any signs of dirt, damage, or wear.

2) The item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.
-Exchanges can not be accepted if tags have been removed of if the box or any included materials have been discharged or lost.

3) Trial fitting must be done in a condition that does not directly touch the skin.
-Please try on the shoes while wearing socks.

Size exchange: Available within 14 days after your order is delivered

【We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases】

  • When the item you wish to exchange is out of stock
  • Orders using gift wrapping

  • Products that state "No returns or exchanges" on the product page

※For a second or subsequent exchange for the same order, the shipping fees will be borne by the customer.

Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or refunds for orders, regardless of whether they are regular products or pre-order items.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges for Defective or Faulty Items:
If an item is found to be defective or faulty, we will accept returns, refunds, or exchanges within 7days of delivery. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are only accepted if the item is unused and all original packaging and accessories (including the delivery note) are intact and included. Please note that we will not be able to provide compensation beyond a refund or exchange.

We also cannot accept returns or exchanges if any required items or accessories are missing. Returns, refunds, and exchanges due to customer preferences or circumstances cannot be accepted.

Exchanges will only be processed if the requested replacement item is in stock. To request a return, refunds, or exchanges for a defective or faulty item, please contact our Customer Support within 7 days of receiving your order. Please also return the item to the designated address within 10 days of delivery (including the delivery date).

Return shipping costs for defective or faulty items will be covered by our company.
