Domestic Shipping
Delivery times vary depending on whether the item is a regular product or a pre-order item.

Regular Items:
Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days.
Pre-Order Items:
Once the item arrives at our facility, it will be delivered within 3 business days.

International Shipping

Prolonged Absence & Delivery Refusal
After shipping, the carrier will hold the package for 7 days from the first attempted delivery.
If you receive a missed-delivery notice, please request redelivery from your local office as soon as possible.
If an order remains uncollected for two weeks after the shipping confirmation email, it will be automatically canceled.
If a package is returned due to prolonged absence or delivery refusal, the following fees will be charged as a redelivering cost:
Return shipping (round-trip) + Handling fee (¥500)
