If the following conditions are met, we will accept size exchanges, but we will not accept any return and refund.

① Trial fitting must be done indoors only, and shoes are not worn outdoors.
② The item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.
③ Trial fitting must be done in a condition that does not directly touch the skin.
④ Within 14 days after your order is delivered

【We cannot accept or exchanges in the following cases】
* If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock
* If the order uses gift wrapping
* If the product page says "No size exchanges"

Please note that if you wish to exchange an order for the second time or later, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
